Fair Aleshire is a native Texan. She spent her childhood riding horses on a ranch in south Texas, spent her school years in San Antonio, and moved to Austin to attend the University of Texas, where she graduated with a BA in French language and a minor in business foundations. She spent a spring studying abroad at the Sorbonne and American University in Paris, traveling extensively through Western Europe. She went on to work for a commercial real estate management company, overseeing the management of over 1.5 million square feet of shopping center and office space in Québec and Alberta.
Having participated in the acquisitions and due diligence of these large commercial portfolios, largely in a foreign language, Fair is confident in her ability to handle negotiations and thoroughly sift through all the relevant issues involved in property acquisitions. Fair loves the diversity of Austin real estate and the unique challenges and opportunities each transaction presents. With integrity and assertiveness, she provides value, creative solutions, and a streamlined experience to each client.
She married a local Austinite and commercial broker, Jon Aleshire in 2004. Their daughter, Kennedy was born in 2007. The Aleshires reside in Travis Heights. Fair loves the diversity of the homes in her neighborhood. While she lives in a 1940’s stone bungalow and loves all things “cottage”, she also appreciates the more modern homes that have been constructed with families in mind. Exploring old Austin neighborhoods is her passion and hobby as well as her career! In her free time, Fair enjoys various home improvement projects, gardening, cooking, traveling, listening to live music, and floral design. |
