Evonne was raised in Houston and moved to Austin in 1971 to attend the University of Texas, graduating with a degree in Deaf Education.

Her career has helped her gain the knowledge she needs to become a partner to her clients, not just a salesperson. Evonne is committed to helping her clients discover what they are looking for in a home and giving feedback on what is financially realistic. As well as working with buyers, Evonne also has a proven track record working with sellers providing marketing, negotiating sales and keeping an open communication through the close of their transaction.

Evonne enjoys taking full advantage of Austins best assets, from local live music to the hike and bike trail at Town Lake, and swimming in Barton Springs. In addition to their volunteer work, Evonne and her husband Abe Zimmerman maintain a deep commitment to the support of locally owned businesses. Evonne and Abes pride and joy are their two sons, Adam and Noah.
